If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

✅ Items must be unused and in their original packaging.  

🚫 We can’t accept returns for sale or hygiene items (e.g. wearable or used items).

💰 Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.  

If your order arrived damaged or defective, include a photo and we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
